We already paid an agency and it went badly. Why would this be different?

The person on the call is the person who builds it, with no junior and no account manager in between. Every workflow, integration and page is written down before I open a tool, and you sign it. If the system ever doesn't do what we agreed in the strategy doc, I keep working until it does, at no extra cost.

How is this different from the setup my CRM vendor sells?

I learn how your business makes money before I touch a tool: where leads come from, who follows up, what already works. Then I build on the CRM and tools you already run, with no vendor affiliations behind the plan.

Can my team do this with a course?

With time, yes: that's what AI Fluent is for, and at $997 it costs less. If the goal has a date on it, having it built is faster.

Do we depend on you when it's done?

The goal is the opposite. Everything is documented, your team gets two 90-minute training sessions and the system runs on your accounts, with 30 days of support after the handoff. If you want me on call after that, Fractional Operator runs month to month after a 3-month minimum.

Does it work with the CRM I already have?

Almost always. HubSpot, Keap, Ontraport, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, plus Zapier, Make and n8n. I build on what you already pay for.

How much does it cost?

The call is free. Quick Fix starts at $297, The Growth Blueprint at $1,500, The System at $4,997 and Fractional Operator at $4,000 a month. A build's final number is fixed once the strategy doc is signed, payment plans are available, and the Blueprint fee credits 100% toward it.

What language do you work in?

English or Spanish. One operator from the first call to the handoff, in either one.
