Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between Yamil Morales, LLC and you, the person or business using the Site or hiring its services (“you” or the “client”).

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms, and “you” also refers to that organization.

Through the Site, the Company offers:

Calls are scheduled directly through the Site's self-serve booking tool. Your confirmation email includes personal links to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

You may cancel through that link at any time before the scheduled start of the call, with no minimum notice. You may reschedule the same way, also with no minimum notice, up to three times per booking; after the third move, reach out through the contact form to change the time.

Should a call be offered as a paid booking, not showing up without cancelling beforehand (a no-show) is not refundable, unless we agree otherwise.

If we need to cancel a paid booking of any kind and cannot find a new time that works for you, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. The Company never stores card numbers; it keeps only a transaction reference and the amount. Your payment is also subject to the terms and policies of the processor you choose.

If the Company cancels a paid service and cannot reschedule it with you, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that service.

Prices may not include taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

All content on the Site (text, branding, design, frameworks, templates, and the AI Fluent course materials) is the property of Yamil Morales, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase the AI Fluent course or receive materials as part of a service, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them yourself or within your own business. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post those materials.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results from consulting, implementations, or training depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim related to the Site or its services is limited to the amount you paid to the Company for the service that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold Yamil Morales, LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to that venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
